By accessing our website or enrolling in a class, you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies referenced herein.

2. Studio conduct

• Follow instructor guidance and posted safety practices.
• Wear closed shoes and secure hair and loose clothing.
• Respect shared tools and clean your station after use.

3. Enrollment, cancellations, and refunds

Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. You may cancel up to 72 hours before the first session for a full refund. Within 72 hours we provide credit if we can fill your spot.

4. Assumption of risk

Working with clay, tools, and kilns involves inherent risks including but not limited to dust exposure and minor cuts. You assume responsibility for your participation and agree to follow safety instructions.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including course descriptions, guides, and studio branding (“Sharpview Clay Atelier”), is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

6. Payment and fees

Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. Taxes may apply based on your location. In this demo environment we do not process payments.

7. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in classes.
